Our mission is to create a respectful, secure, and engaging learning environment.  We strive to motivate all students to become knowledgeable, independent, lifelong learners who will be ethical, effective citizens of their local and global communities.

Academics Expectations:
Students Will:
  1. Develop the skills necessary to seek and obtain knowledge through independent, self-directed inquiry.
  2. Apply effective decision-making, problem solving and critical thinking skills both independently and collaboratively.
  3. Explore and express thoughts and beliefs and connect with others through various modes of communication.
  4. Acquire a broad base of knowledge in all academic areas.
  5. Demonstrate responsibility for their academic endeavors through adherence to school and classroom policies and requirements.
Civic Expectations:
Students Will:
  1. Develop an ability to make intelligent and informed decisions as involved citizens within our democratic system.
  2. Demonstrate a willingness to strive towards the betterment of the environment and its inhabitants.

Social Expectations:
Students Will:

  1. Demonstrate an ability to respect the individual and to understand and appreciate human diversity.
  2. Demonstrate teamwork and leadership skills while acting with integrity, honesty and character.
